Tim has 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration sector, with a distinct focus on Africa, Europe and Asia. He has worked at all stages of exploration, development and mining, and has a strong track record of delivery, both at the technical and commercial level within previous positions. Some of his more notable roles to date include exploration manager (Eurasia), Barrick Gold Corp., project director and later CEO of Tethyan Copper Company Pty Ltd (a Joint Venture between Antofagasta Minerals and Barrick Gold Corp, owner of the Reko Diq project in Pakistan), and more recently as COO of TSX.V-listed Reservoir Minerals Inc., which was sold in June 2016 to TSX-listed Nevsun Resources Ltd for US$365 million. Tim is currently CEO of AiM listed Oriole Resources Plc.

Richard is a qualified Mining Geologist (BSc Hons & MSc from The Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London), spending the early part of his career in gold and copper exploration, mine development and production. Since 1998 he has worked in Investment Banking and risk gaining significant experience in Natural Resources and associated Infrastructure. Over a 20 year career including M&A, Corporate Finance Advisory and Relationship Management with many of the global metals and mining companies, he has gained a detailed knowledge of the risks inherent to the industry, the development of projects and the solutions and financeability therein. Richard has been developing disruptive financing solutions for the industry filling a gap in the traditional forms of financing. He is also an independent non-executive director of Ghanaian gold company, Goldstone Resources PLC.
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
James has gained a wide range of experience across the natural resources, commercial risk management and financial sectors since leaving the Royal Marines in 2005. Between 2006 and 2009, James was a consultant to Control Risks, a global risk management consultancy where he provided risk management and communications assistance to the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, DFID and the United Nations in Basra, acting as a liaison between the US Military and the British Embassy and assisting in the co-ordination of security operations throughout southern Iraq. Prior to founding MINEXIA in 2014, James was the commercial director for a boutique risk management firm providing risk management solutions and advisory to a number of high profile clients and family offices as well as blue chip clients including Apple Inc, Lloyds Banking Group and IMG Media.
Chief Technology Officer
Phil has 20 years’ experience architecting digital solutions and leading technology teams and has consulted with many diverse organisations on their use of digital technologies and innovation. Starting as a developer for large system integrators, he progressed into consultancy and management, leading the technical teams at digital agencies, part of senior leadership teams and sitting on the board of directors.
Director - Investments & Compliance
David Bellingham has fifteen years of corporate and mining finance experience. He was Head of Mining Investments at QGAM in Mauritius, focussing on equity and mezzanine investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. He previously spent twelve years in senior roles in mining project and acquisition finance for Nedbank, WestLB and Rothschild in Sydney and London. He is a CFA Charterholder, holds a first class Honours degree in Business from Monash University and an MSc in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter.
Director - Technical Evaluation
Drew is an experienced geologist graduating with Honours in Geology from the University of St Andrews in 1997 before completing a Master's degree in Mineral Exploration at the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College (1999). Drew has consulted to a number of Major and Junior mining companies. Since 2007, Drew has directed the establishment of exploration ventures in SE Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and advised on many more. He has also managed several large development projects, including the resource definition phase of Tethyan Copper Company's world class Reko Diq porphyry project in Pakistan (2009). Much of Drew's recent work has been focussed on supporting the development of the minerals sector in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Working in the donor communities he has provided strategic support and advice at Ministerial level. Drew is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and a Chartered Engineer registered with the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. He also provides specialised advice to the British Government on geology, geospatial intelligence and stabilisation in post-conflict and disaster environments.
Nick started his career with BP as a Chemical Engineer in the Refining sector. After various engineering roles, he moved into oil and energy trading for BP and Ineos, developing an in depth knowledge of commodity trading and risk management practices. Nick built and led the Oil Supply and Trading team for Ineos Refining, managing physical and paper oil flows of over 400k barrels per day. During this time he developed and managed joint venture trading relationships with both Morgan Stanley and Petrochina International. More recently Nick was Executive Vice President at the HCS Group and is now the CEO of Coryton Advanced Fuels, a provider of speciality research and development fuels.

A member of the ICA, Bob has been instrumental in the growth of a number of AIM-quoted companies. He has previously worked for Universe Group Plc, OpSec Security Limited and is the CFO to Oriole Resources Plc.
Richard’s +25 year career in the extractive industry spans exploration, feasibility, production and financing roles across a broad range of commodities; 18 years with major and junior mining companies as a technical operator in Africa and SE Asia, And 10 years with international banks originating, screening and structuring transactions. Richard has advised on +$1bn of financing and completed diligence on +400 projects. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Applied Geology from the University of Strathclyde, is a Fellow of The Geological Society of London, is a Member and CP of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Nick O’Reilly has more than 12 years’ experience in geology, mining and exploration projects in Africa, South America, the Russian Federation, Asia and Australia. He is a specialist in the design, implementation and management of exploration projects from grassroots to pre feasibility in all terrains and environments. Nick also spent four years in the City of London, as a competitive analyst and knowledge professional covering financial services for an international consultancy. He holds a Master’s degree in Mineral Project Appraisal from the Royal School of Mines, London and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Geology from the University of Leicester.
Brian Rudd is the co-founder and an executive director of LSE listed Capital Drilling. Capital Drilling provides drilling solutions to customers within the global minerals industry. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry in both Australia and Africa. Before establishing the Company, Brian was the operations manager and subsequently, the General Manager of Stanley Mining Services (Tanzania) Ltd, a subsidiary of Layne Christensen Company, in East Africa from 1998 to 2004.
